During the Covid-19 pandemic, the government made an online learning policy to break the chain of the spread of Covid-19 in Indonesia. Nevertheless, the online learning policy affected the children's interest at learning, there are: children find it difficult to focus while they are studying. Furthermore, it is such a hard time for children to study while keep struggling to adapt the so-called "new normal" period, because they hardly understand what their gadget means for study. The children also thought that they are currently be in holiday season. To overcome this problem, a strategy is needed to reduce this impact by improving the learning system for elementary school students in Lampung Province. In order to solve these problems, the member of KKN Desa 572 has created an interactive tutoring program. This activity was carried out in Bandar Lampung City, Central Lampung Regency, and South Lampung. The methods used are discussion which contain some question and answer session, and virtual reality that combined both games and competitions. The advantages of this strategy are adequate facilities and infrastructure and the enthusiasm of the children and the community. At the same time, the disadvantage is the difficulty in determining the right time to allow all students to take part in activities. The challenge we face is getting used to the wild nature of children, but it can be met using these learning strategies to help parents and can be practiced directly by applying them in everyday life. The results obtained were the interactive tutoring has successfully increased the children motivation to keep learning with this current state also known as the new normal period. Therefore, the learning process is not negatively affected by online learning policy.
