This study aims to examine the effect of entrepreneurship courses and self-efficacy on the entrepreneurial interest of Economics Education students at the University of Lampung using an associative quantitative approach. The research population consisted of 180 Economics Education FKIP Universitas Lampung students from the 2023 and 2024 cohorts, with a purposively sampled sample of 124 students calculated using the Slovin formula. Data were collected through a questionnaire validated using Product-Moment correlation and Cronbach-Alpha reliability testing. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with SPSS version 26. The results show that the entrepreneurship course had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest (t = 3.08; sig. = 0.003, and self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest (t = 12.4; sig. = 0.000). Self-efficacy was the most dominant variable with a standardized beta coefficient of 0.8 (80%). Simultaneously, both variables significantly influenced entrepreneurial interest (F = 215; sig. = 0.000) with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 99.7%. These findings imply that improving the quality of entrepreneurship learning by strengthening students' self-efficacy is an effective strategy for increasing young people’s entrepreneurial interest.
