Integrasi Nilai Budaya Nusantara dalam Membangun Identitas Kebangsaan (Studi Masyarakat Minang)

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to analyze the cultural philosophy, especially of the Minang tribe, which is 
overseas in maintaining harmony amidst socio-cultural differences in overseas areas. The approach taken 
uses a qualitative approach in studying the philosophy adhered to by the Minang people, especially those 
who live abroad. The overseas Minang community implements existing values, such as being guided by 
the Al-Quran, applying good sense, raso and pareso, and kinship, which is not diminished in the slightest. 
The overseas Minang community implements the values contained in the Basandi Syarak, a traditional 
life philosophy rooted in the Syarak Basandi Kitabullah, by maintaining good behavior, using respectful 
language in communication, upholding a sense of respect and tolerance, respecting diverse opinions, 
prioritizing deliberation, and maintaining kinship with others.
