Editor Responsibilities:

Editors are responsible for the entire publication process and have the authority to determine which manuscripts are suitable for publication based on the results of scholarly review.
Editors must ensure that every manuscript is evaluated objectively, regardless of the author's race, gender, religion, ethnicity, nationality, or political views.
Editors are required to maintain the confidentiality of information regarding manuscripts currently under review.
Editors must recuse themselves from publication decisions if there is a conflict of interest involving the author, reviewers, or specific institutions.
Editors are responsible for ensuring that the publication process is fair, transparent, and in accordance with scholarly ethical standards.

Reviewer Responsibilities:

Reviewers assist the editor in determining the suitability of a manuscript for publication through an objective and constructive peer review process. Reviewers must maintain the confidentiality of the manuscript's content and refrain from using the information obtained for personal gain or for the benefit of other parties.
Reviewers must avoid conflicts of interest and promptly notify the editor if any potential conflict of interest arises during the review process.
Reviewers are expected to provide scholarly feedback that is honest, clear, and timely to assist authors in improving the quality of their work.
